INTRODUCTION
On December 21st 2012, the Maya Calendar will complete a 5125 year cycle. To mark this auspicious event, this tour traces a great triangle through the Maya World beginning with Takali’k Abaj and Izapa, where time is said to have begun. Then continue to Copan, the Athens of the Maya world, before finally heading to Tikal.
